The beginning
I know you are already saturated with Cooking Blogs that claim to be the best for you. So I will only tell you that I want to share my passion for great food, that's healthy, doesn't take 6 hours to make, or cost an arm and a leg.
I asked many great cooks, my mom, other family members, and friends from different countries, traditions, and cultures, restaurant cooks, and food carts, to collect tasty, easy and rich flavored foods from many countries, and cultures and I would leave it for you to decide if you like it or no, if you want more, or should I quit right now!
I also work as a Contract Cook, I shop, plan a meal with the customer, and teach your chosen foods for parties, luncheons, dinners, brunch, or just a fun reunion for up to 10 people. I share how to make the menu you choose, and leave just in time for you to enjoy your creations.
In this blog I will share recipes and ideas on how to make delicious meals, combining bought, and homemade meals.
